Every figure is a benchmark based on published data and modelling. Figures are not offers, are not binding, and are not guaranteed to be available to you. Your actual premium depends on underwriting factors Cacy cannot see.

Data may be outdated or inaccurate

Data comes from government bodies, industry filings and third-party publishers. It may be delayed, incomplete or superseded. We do not independently verify it.

AI answers can be wrong

KAI is written by a large language model. Its answers can be wrong, outdated or incomplete. Do not treat them as professional advice and do not rely on them as the only basis for a decision.

We are not responsible for any decision, action, loss, damage, or harm that results from your use of the app, your reliance on any figure or answer, or any insurance decision you make. No liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cacy App, its owners, operators, affiliates, officers, employees, suppliers and licensors accept no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary loss or damage, including any lost profits, savings, premiums, coverage, data, goodwill, opportunity, denied claim, uninsured or underinsured loss, coverage gap, lapse, or overpaid or underpaid premium, arising from or connected with your use of or reliance on the app, even if we were told such damage could happen.

By using the app, you expressly agree to assume all risk and waive any claim against us for any outcome of your insurance decisions.
